How to Start a Return: Please email us at info@vivaappliances.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address of our Doral, FL receiving facility.
Return Shipping: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a trackable carrier.
Once your return is delivered to our Florida facility and inspected by our quality control team (usually within 48 hours):
If your appliance arrives damaged or has a functional defect out of the box, the "unopened" requirement is waived.
Please notify us immediately at (786) 550-6769 or email info@vivaappliances.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a carrier pickup and provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
