Because we sell major appliances, return methods vary based on the size of the item to ensure safe transport back to our Doral, FL facility.

Small Parcel Items

(Microwaves, Accessories, Parts)
We will provide a digital prepaid return label via email. Simply print, attach, and drop off at UPS/FedEx.

Major Appliances

(Fridges, Ranges, Dishwashers)
Returns must be handled via Freight Carrier. Contact us at (786) 550-6769 and we will schedule a professional curbside pickup.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in New Condition (uninstalled and unused).
  • Must include all original manufacturer packaging and foam inserts.
  • All accessories, manuals, and cords must be present in the box.

Refund Timelines

Once your return arrives at our facility, the following timeline applies to ensure your funds are returned accurately:

  • Inspection: 1–2 Business Days after arrival.
  • Processing: 1–3 Business Days to authorize the refund.
  • Total Estimated Time: Your refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Note: Credits are applied to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your appliance arrives with physical damage or a mechanical defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by calling (786) 550-6769. We will prioritize a replacement unit or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 30-day window. To initiate an exchange for a different model, please contact our support team to verify inventory availability and logistics.
