Section 1: Return Eligibility
To initiate a return for any item purchased within the United States, you must contact our Doral support team within 30 calendar days of delivery.

- β Not installed or used
- β Confirmed US-Spec defect
- β Installed appliances
- β Used or modified units
- β Beyond 30 days
Section 2: Return Fees
Standard change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the product price. This covers professional inspection and inventory verification at our Florida warehouse.
Shipping Responsibility: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all return freight charges to Doral, FL.
15% Restocking Fee AppliesSection 3: Damaged or Defective
If your unit arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or note it clearly on the BOL (Bill of Lading). Report all shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt in the United States. Defective or damaged items do not incur restocking fees, and Viva Appliances will cover 100% of return freight.
