Every appliance we carry is a genuine US-specification model, sourced from authorized channels, quality-inspected at our Doral facility, and shipped directly to customers across the United States.
We are not a marketplace or drop-shipping operation. We manage our own inventory, handle our own logistics, and stand behind every order with dedicated local support.

How We Deliver
All orders ship from our warehouse at 4701 NW 79th Ave, Suite 06, Doral, FL 33166. We use professional LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers experienced in handling large home appliances. Standard curbside delivery is free on every order — no minimum purchase required.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories.

Return Policy Summary
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery — applies to new products only
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original factory packaging with all accessories included
- Standard change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the item price
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for standard returns; returns are sent by mail
- Defective items or items damaged in transit: we cover return shipping and no restocking fee applies
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned item
- Exchanges are accepted — contact us within the 30-day window to arrange
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping any return — contact us first
