What are your shipping rates?

We offer competitive flat-rate shipping across the contiguous United States:

  • Small Appliances: $15.00 Flat Rate.
  • Large Appliances: $50.00 Flat Rate.
What is your daily order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Mon-Sat are typically processed and shipped the same business day from our Florida warehouse.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original factory-sealed packaging.

Do these appliances have a US warranty?

Yes. Every appliance we sell is authorized US stock and includes a full US manufacturer warranty. Service is performed by authorized US service centers.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your appliance arrives with shipping damage or a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
