Standard Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in New, Unused, and Unopened condition.
  • All original factory seals, protective films, and packaging must be intact.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be present.

How to Start a Return: Please email us at info@vivaappliances.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address of our Doral, FL receiving facility.

Return Shipping: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a trackable carrier.

Refund Timelines

Once your return is delivered to our Florida facility and inspected by our quality control team (usually within 48 hours):

  • We will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, etc.).
  • Depending on your financial institution, funds generally appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your appliance arrives damaged or has a functional defect out of the box, the "unopened" requirement is waived.

Please notify us immediately at (786) 550-6769 or email info@vivaappliances.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a carrier pickup and provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
