Return Label Included in Every Package

For your convenience, we include a prepaid return shipping label inside your original delivery packaging.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your appliance is delivered to initiate a return using the included label. All returns processed via our included label are 100% Free with no shipping costs or restocking fees.

Return Conditions

To ensure your refund is processed quickly, please ensure the item meets the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and uninstalled.
  • Packaging: Must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging.
  • Accessories: All manuals, cords, and accessories must be included in the box.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Pack the Item: Place the appliance back into its original box with all protective foam and materials.
  2. Attach the Label: Locate the prepaid return label included in your original shipment and secure it to the outside of the box (covering old labels).
  3. Ship it Back: Drop the package off at the designated carrier location (UPS or FedEx as noted on the label).
  4. Notification: Once you ship the item, please send a quick email to info@vivaappliances.com with your order number so we can track the incoming return.

Refund Process

Once your return reaches our Doral, FL facility, our team will inspect the unit within 2 business days. Following a successful inspection, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not work correctly upon first use, please contact us immediately at (786) 550-6769. We will arrange for a replacement or a priority refund at no cost to you.
