Warranty Information

Learn about our manufacturer-backed warranties, US consumer protections, and how we support your purchase.

Full Manufacturer Warranty

All appliances at Viva Appliances are brand new and include a Limited Manufacturer Warranty provided by the original brand (such as Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, and Frigidaire).

Warranty terms, including the length of coverage and specific parts covered, are determined by the manufacturer. You can find these details in the warranty guide included in your product’s packaging or on the manufacturer’s official website.

  • Coverage begins on the original date of delivery.
  • Most major appliances include in-home service performed by authorized technicians.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty service requests.

How to Request Warranty Service

To provide the fastest possible resolution, warranty service is typically coordinated directly through the manufacturer. This allows you to schedule repairs with factory-certified technicians.

1
Locate your product's Model Number and Serial Number (usually found on a sticker inside the door or on the back of the unit).
2
Contact the manufacturer's authorized US service center. Links to these centers are available on our website or in your manual.
3
The manufacturer will arrange for assessment, repair, or replacement according to their specific warranty terms.

Our Commitment to You

Viva Appliances is here to advocate for our customers. While the warranty is held by the manufacturer, our Miami-based support team is available to assist you if you face challenges.

  • We help you locate the correct manufacturer contact information.
  • We provide duplicate copies of your invoices for proof of purchase.
  • We ensure you are treated fairly throughout the manufacturer's service process.

Standard Exclusions

Please note that manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:

  • Commercial use of residential-grade appliances.
  • Cosmetic damage reported after the initial delivery inspection.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or electrical issues.
  • Routine maintenance or filter replacements.
